OUR JOURNEY
Our journey began 20 years ago in Sweden when our founder turned his passion for exceptional properties into a profession, forming a business that combined real estate development with property sales.
In 2016, charmed by the scenery, lifestyle, and possibilities that Mallorca offered, he relocated to the island and replicated his business model here.
Striking architecture and refined interiors define our developments, and we work with some of the most respected architects and designers in Mallorca and further afield, to give form to our vision.
We are proud to have completed several exclusive developments on the island, including complete renovations of historic urban properties and designing and building contemporary villas in more rural locations.
