In the heart of Palma’s Old Town, a six-storey Art Nouveau building, once home to nobility, has been transformed into seven sophisticated city apartments. The redevelopment made the most of the building’s internal patios, bay windows and rooftop to endow each apartment with its own particular charm.
Due to the property’s historic and architectural importance, many of the original features were preserved or restored and integrated with contemporary comforts such as underfloor heating, double glazing and air-conditioning, to create homes adapted to 21 st century living.
